By accessing and using AgniCycle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. AgniCycle is currently operated by Dhananjay Kumar as an individual; references to "AgniCycle," "we," "us," and "our" refer to this operation until a formal business entity is established.
AgniCycle provides thermodynamic engine cycle, fuel spray, EV battery, and CFD-based simulation tools. These tools are intended for research and educational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable institutional and governmental regulations.
AgniCycle's simulation tools may be subject to export control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and comparable laws in other jurisdictions. You agree not to access or use AgniCycle from, or export, re-export, or transfer any simulation results or software components to, any country, entity, or individual subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AgniCycle complies with all export control laws applicable to you and your institution.
Simulation results are generated using numerical models and are subject to the limitations of computational physics. Results should be treated as diagnostic approximations and must be verified against experimental physical data before being used in safety-critical applications.
AgniCycle is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgniCycle's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to use it in the preceding 12 months — or, for free access, to zero.
All simulation algorithms, diagnostic interfaces, and visualization code are the property of AgniCycle. User-submitted parameters and resulting datasets remain the property of the user, stored securely within their researcher profile.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Report any unauthorized use of your account to support@agnicycle.com immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, is used for unauthorized or unlawful purposes, or is inactive for an extended period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@agnicycle.com.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AgniCycle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This clause will be updated as AgniCycle's legal structure is formalized.
