We collect professional details you provide when creating a researcher account: your name, institutional email address, contact number, professional position, institution, and research domain. We also store simulation parameters and results associated with your profile to provide continuous research state tracking across the Engine Simulator, Spray Calculator, and EV Battery Suite.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Verify institutional affiliation and researcher eligibility
• Manage and synchronize your simulation workspaces across tools
• Improve simulation accuracy through aggregated, non-identifiable telemetry
• Provide technical support and respond to inquiries

3. Analytics & Cookies

AgniCycle's website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. This may set cookies and process approximate location, device type, and browsing behavior. You can opt out using your browser's cookie settings or tools such as Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate AgniCycle, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own security commitments:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and app hosting
• Google Analytics — website traffic analytics
• Brevo — transactional email delivery

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Profiles and research data are retained as long as your account is active. You may request full account deletion and data removal at any time by contacting support@agnicycle.com; we will act on such requests within a reasonable time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, or request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@agnicycle.com.

7. International Users

AgniCycle is used by researchers worldwide. By using the service, you consent to your data being processed and stored via Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure, which may be located outside your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
